The Books of EARTHSEA

“Earthsea”, by Ursula K. Le Guin is a rather good series. With a mix of adventure & remorse, Earthsea includes characters like Ged, who was a young child who became Archmage & Dragon lord, yet turns into a merchant with no ability of magic. Yet there are characters like the Woman of the Hand, who are resilient, and keep fighting against there enemies. As this is a good book series, I gave it a higher rating than 9, but I recommend it for 11+. Also, one of the books, Tales of Earthsea, I found quite boring, and not nearly as fun A Wizard of Earthsea. It was a bit more ‘deep’ and it wasn’t so much of an ‘adventure’ story, unlike the other books.
