The Manga Guide to Physiology

The book “The Manga Guide to Physiology” is about a young girl who needs to study for a makeup exam, and meets Professor Kaisai, a doctor in physiology. Together, they study metabolism in food shops, they talk about the liver and kidneys when they put out waste, and so on so forth. I find the story quite funny, as if everything in real life connects to physiology. The book also stores lots of information in the laughable comic strips, and the cute illustrated pictures make you LOL. It makes the reader find him or herself being dragged and engulfed by the story, like how pathogens will find themselves trapped in the vacuole of a macrophage (or white blood cell, whichever one you prefer).
